While working in Spa and Hospitality, I have seen multiple instances of clients encountering issues with the technology currently available to the industry. Most notably, booking errors which resulted in missed appointments for the client and loss of revenue for the company. During my time as a manager, I noticed how frustrated clients as well as owners are with the current state of industry software. I’ve spent the last 18 years in the Spa and Hospitality Industry and have pivoted into UX and UI Design. I started my career as a treatment provider, moved into a front desk position, was promoted into multi-location management, and most recently operated my own aesthetics studio.
